footage.center turns a private interest graph into an endless personal station of
directed short-form video.

## Product boundary

- Ingests follows, likes, saves, watch time, people, topics, music, and a current
  quest into a user-controlled programming graph.
- Directs each 12 to 30 second episode through opening texture, human detail,
  system in motion, and closing image.
- Prefetches 3 to 10 episodes so generation stays ahead of playback.
- Uses swappable renderers. The queue, director, graph, and production records are
  the product, not any single video model.
- Opens every Cable clip in Studio with sources, rights, consent, prompts, edits,
  captions, voice, music, provenance, feedback, and render history attached.
- Reuses proven rendering mechanisms from book.movie and approved editorial
  sources from pangaea.blog.
- Keeps Time Capsule as the first real production corpus and consent-aware ledger.

## Current status

The public site is an interactive personal-station prototype. Cable playback,
feedback, taste weights, queue state, and Studio records work in the browser. The
interest graph, prefetch generation, and video model adapter are still simulated,
so faster-than-realtime generation is not yet a proven product claim.
